High school basketball season begins Monday. A look at five teams and players to watch as the season opens.

Creekside: The Knights went from under .500 in 2013-14, to rolling off three consecutive seasons of reaching the state playoffs, including years of 24 and 26 wins the last two. F Caleb Townsend (12 ppg), F DJ Dumas (8.4 ppg) and G Noah Lippy (7.8 ppg) are all back, meaning four of Creekside’s five top scorers return.
