Seniors, it’s time to vote for this year’s senior superlatives! Voting will take place only this Thursday and Friday.
To vote, go to www.yearbookvote.com and click “Student Login”.
The school code is 32259.
Your username is the first initial of your first name and your entire last name.
Your password is your student number.
You will only be able to log in and vote once, so make sure you have time before you login.
Pre-order sales began on June 1st for the 2016-2017 yearbook.

Summer senior picture sessions:
When: June 20 & 21, July 14 & 15; 9 AM – 3 PM (You will receive a specific appointment time in the mail approximately 2 weeks before your appointment.)
Where: CHS auditorium
What: Senior formal pictures, casual shots (if included in your package), and cap and gown pictures.
* The sitting fee is $15.
*You may also call Leonard’s to set up an appointment at one of their studio locations.
Senior picture make-ups:
When: September 29th from 9 AM – 2 PM
Where: The CHS auditorium

Last day to choose your yearbook pose online through Leonard’s: September 29th
Senior activity sheets and ads are due by October 3rd.
Senior ad prices: Full page – $400, Half page – $250, Quarter page – $150. Visit www.yearbookordercenter.com to pay for and create your senior or business ad beginning June 1st!
When: October 12th, during 3rd period.
Where: in the gym.
If you purchased a yearbook and were unable to pick it up during the exam weeks, they will be in the front office over summer break. Please see Mrs. Scribner to receive your yearbook.
If you were unable to purchase a yearbook, but would like to buy a copy now, we still have a few left. The yearbooks are $100 cash or check (made out to Creekside High School). See Mrs. Scribner to purchase your yearbook over the summer.

The online ordering option for purchasing your 2015-2016 yearbook is closed. In order to purchase one of the remaining yearbooks, you must turn in $100 cash or check (made out to Creekside) to Mrs. Padgett in room 710.
All orders and money for Cap and Gown pictures must be turned in to the front office by Friday, April 1st. Please see Mrs. Padgett in room 710 or email [email protected] with any questions.
Senior Cap and Gown Pictures will take place on Tuesday, March 29th, from 9 AM – 2 PM in the CHS auditorium.
Students must sign up for an appointment with Mrs. Padgett (room 710), and pick up an order form.
Only students who are ordering pictures will be able to take pictures on this day. You do not need to bring a cap and gown – just the order form.
Yearbooks are $100 now until they sell out. We have less than 100 books left, so make sure you order your yearbook today!
