Please follow the steps listed below to complete a transcript request.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Current Creekside students can proceed to the &#8220;order from Parchment&#8221; link below.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into Parchment (linked below) and initiate your transcript request. Transcript fees vary based on the type of request you make.\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<li><strong>\u2713<\/strong> <em>Pro Tip- Be sure to enter an e-mail address in which you have access to and frequently read.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>School staff will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided in Parchment. You will be provided with a personalized Veriff link, good for 7 calendar days. Veriff is a third-party vendor, selected by the St. Johns County School District, to authenticate identification. This newly added identification step is to protect your identity and decrease fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the Veriff identification request.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for follow-up communication in Parchment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.parchment.com\/u\/registration\/195244\/account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Order from Parchment<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Creekside transcripts can be requested as a paper copy that you can pick up in the front office.\u00a0Please allow up to 5 business days for a paper copy of a transcript.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Updating your transcript should happen every time before you request to send a transcript out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering a SJRSC Transcript:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have taken any dual enrollment courses through St. Johns River State College you must order your college transcript through SJRSC.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sjrstate.edu\/records.html\">Order a SJRSC transcript<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering a Collegeboard Transcript for AP scores:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have taken any advanced placement courses through the Collegeboard and passed the AP exam, you must order your AP transcript through the Collegeboard.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apscore.collegeboard.org\/scores\/#\/\">Order an AP transcript<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transcript Requests\u00a0 The St. Johns County School District now uses Veriff (for graduates only)to confirm the identity of each requestor.
