Transcript Requests\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

High School Transcripts <\/strong><\/span>
\nAll Creekside High School transcript requests must be processed through Parchment.<\/a> There is a $5 fee for each transcript request.<\/span><\/p>\n

Order high school transcripts: Creekside High School Transcript Requests <\/a><\/p>\n

We are unable to email transcripts directly to students, colleges and universities, the NCAA, coaches, or any
\nother individual or organization. All official transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment.<\/p>\n

\n

Creekside transcripts can be requested as a paper copy that you can pick up in the front office.\u00a0Please allow up to 5 business days for a paper copy of a transcript.<\/p>\n

SJR State Transcripts<\/strong><\/span>
\nDual enrollment transcripts must be requested directly from St. Johns River State College, not Creekside High School.
\nOrder an official SJR State transcript: SJR State Records<\/a><\/p>\n

SAT Score Reports<\/strong><\/span>
\nSign in to your College Board account, open the Send SAT Scores page, select each college or scholarship
\nprogram, choose which scores to send, and review and submit your order. Colleges generally require official SAT
\nscores to come directly from College Board.<\/p>\n

ACT Score Reports<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sign in to your MyACT account, select the score reports option from your dashboard, choose the test date or
\nsuperscore and recipients, and complete the order. ACT sends the official report directly to each institution.

AP Score Reports<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If a college requests official AP scores, order the report through your College Board account. The report generally
\nincludes your full AP score history unless you request that a score be withheld or canceled.

Cambridge AS & A Level\/AICE Transcripts<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Students who need official Cambridge AS & A Level exam grades or AICE Diploma status sent to a U.S. college or
\nuniversity must submit an online request through Cambridge’s Grade Transcript Service. Students will need
\nidentifying information, exam series details, their Cambridge center information, and an accepted form of
\nidentification.
