Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, Link Crew trains mentors from junior and senior classes to be Link Crew Leaders. As positive role models, Link Crew Leaders are mentors and student leaders who guide freshmen to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to high school.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Link Crew Leader Application 2026-2027; <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/21m9tcDmh1\">CHS Link Crew Leader Application 2026-2027<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current Link Crew Leaders <strong>MUST<\/strong> reapply. Applicants must have less than 5 unexcused absences and no referrals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Below are dates and events you are <u>required<\/u> to attend as a Link Leader; <\/strong><em style=\"font-size: 16px\">please make sure you are available to attend these events before you apply, as <strong><u>attendance is mandatory, even if you were a Link Crew Leader last year<\/u><\/strong><\/em><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">. Bring water to each event.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">Development Day: <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Wednesday, <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">April 15<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">, 3:10 pm \u2013 4:30 pm in the gym<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Link Leader Training: <\/strong>Wednesday, <strong>July 29<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>, 8:30am\u201312:30pm in the gym<\/li>\n<li><strong>Freshman Day: <\/strong>Thursday, <strong>July 30<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>, 7:30 am \u2013 1:00 pm in the gym<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orientation: <\/strong>Friday, <strong>August 7<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>, 9:00am \u2013 11:00 am<\/li>\n<li><strong>First day of school: <\/strong>Monday, <strong>August 10<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>; wear Link Crew Leader shirt. Help freshmen with directions, lockers, and questions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Various other Link Crew service projects:\u00a0<\/strong>Must participate in at least\u00a03\u00a0additional Link Crew service projects throughout the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please go to <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/21m9tcDmh1\"><strong>CHS Link Crew Leader Application 2026-2027<\/strong><\/a>. Complete the application by <strong><u>Midnight, 3\/27<\/u><\/strong>. Do not wait until the last minute to apply. \u00a0Acceptance letters will be sent on <strong>April 5<sup>th <\/sup><\/strong>to the email address you provide in your application.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Freshman Day- July 31, 2025<\/strong>\u00a0 from 8:00am-12:00pm.
