These sessions are designed to help students meet key graduation benchmarks:<\/p>\n<table>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Test Section<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>Required Score<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>ACT English &amp; Reading<\/td>\n<td>17.5<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>SAT English &amp; Reading (EBRW)<\/td>\n<td>480<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>ACT Math<\/td>\n<td>16<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>SAT Math<\/td>\n<td>420<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Meeting these scores can satisfy the <strong>FSA Grade 10 English Language Arts (ELA)<\/strong> and <strong>Algebra 1 End-of-Course (EOC)<\/strong> graduation requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Please Note:<\/strong> Because the accommodations provided during NCR testing are not officially sanctioned by ACT or College Board, <strong>scores earned during these sessions cannot be used for college admissions or scholarship applications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83e\udde0<\/strong><strong> Who Is Eligible to Participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students <strong>without approved accommodations<\/strong> (i.e., no 504 Plan or Individualized Education Program [IEP]) are eligible to participate in NCR testing.<\/li>\n<li>Students <strong>with approved ACT or SAT accommodations<\/strong> are <strong>not eligible<\/strong> to participate in NCR testing, as per ACT and College Board policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udcbb<\/strong><strong> Important Notes on Digital SAT School Day Testing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As testing transitions to digital formats, please keep the following in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students may only take <strong>one ACT or SAT NCR School Day exam<\/strong> during each administration window.<\/li>\n<li>If a student takes a <strong>non-reportable School Day exam<\/strong> but later needs a <strong>reportable score<\/strong> for college or scholarships, they must register for a <strong>weekend national test administration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www-chs.stjohns.k12.fl.us\/guidance\/\">School Counselors<\/a><strong>\u00a0will be in contact with students and their parents\/guardians<\/strong> to share updates and guide families through these upcoming opportunities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you have any questions about the administration of these tests, please contact Ms. Ingrid Marrero, Testing Coordinator, for assistance.
