Creekside hires former Bartram assistant, Jordan Cook, to lead Lady Knights Lacrosse

Creekside High School is proud to announce the hiring of former Bartram Trail assistant, Jordan Cook, as its new, head Girls Lacrosse coach.

Coach Cook is a local product, having been raised in St. Augustine and graduating from Bartram Trail High School where she lettered in lacrosse as well as swimming and volleyball.  During her high school career, she set a school record for assists and was a US Lacrosse Honorable Mention All America.   She furthered playing lacrosse after receiving a scholarship to play at Division 1 San Diego State University.  She eventually transferred and finished her career at Savannah College of Art and Design where she contributed in winning 2 National Championships for the Bees.   Coach Cook’s resume consists of coaching the North Florida Wave Lacrosse Club teams for 4 years, assistant coach for Bartram Trail High School during their FHSAA State Title win in 2016 and also as the Bartram Trail Junior Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach in 2017.  

Creekside Girls Lacrosse finished 12-5 last season and fell to Bartram Trail in the playoffs.  “We hired Coach Cook to get us over the hump [state playoffs] in girls lacrosse,” commented Creekside Athletic Director, Luke Marabell.  Girl’s Lacrosse season starts in early February.
