2026 Junior/Senior Prom

Tickets $70.00 per person – ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY! Tickets will be sold via GoFan App ONLY from March 6th through March 25th. Tickets can be purchased by current Creekside Juniors and Seniors with an updated Creekside ID. Students will need an access code – the access code is the students S# (without the S). Do not purchase your tickets until you know for certain if you need 1 or 2 tickets. Once your access code is used, you are unable to purchase any additional tickets. Your grade will be verified upon purchase. Any tickets purchased by underclassmen and non-CHS students will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Per Administration and Deans – CHS Administration reserves the right to deny ticket sales based on a student’s discipline record/timeline of behavior incident(s). Students should see Mr. Beck, assistant principal, with any concerns.
Guest forms – Guest forms can be downloaded here CHS Guest Form. If a CHS student is purchasing a guest ticket for a non-Creekside student (student does not attend Creekside), guest forms are due to Ms. Fornera no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Any guest ticket purchased who does not have a guest form on file before March 25th will forfeit their prom ticket to enter prom. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased by one CHS person is 2 tickets. No guests over the age of 20 will be allowed.
Non-CHS Guest Form Guidelines
- NON-CHS student must be 20 years old or younger on the day of prom
- Guest form must be submitted no later than March 25th, 2026, for the guest to attend
- All pieces of the application must be completed
- If a student is currently in high school, the current high school dean or administrator of their current school must complete their section
- If the student does not attend high school, the guest school administrator signature does not need to be completed
- All guests are subject to being approved by CHS Administration
- CHS Administration reserves the right to deny prom admittance for guests from another St. Johns County School based on student’s discipline record/timeline of behavior incident(s).
- All guests who attend prom will be required to show an ID at prom to enter
- All guests who attend prom will be wanded, searched before entering the prom venue and administration of breathalyzers at all school functions.
Prom Information:
Food: Light appetizers will be served throughout the evening. Water, tea, and lemonade will be served throughout the evening.
Entering Prom – All students who are attending CHS prom will be required to show an ID and their Online GoFan Ticket at the door to enter. No one will be allowed to enter without an ID and their Online GoFan Ticket. Students are only allowed to enter with a small bag. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the terms of the St. Johns County Student Code of Conduct, including search, wanding, and the administration of breathalyzers at all school functions.
Prom Court: SENIORS ONLY
- Nominations will take place in senior English classes in early March. All seniors will be eligible to nominate 2 senior students (male for prom king and female for prom queen). If a student is nominated and wants to be on the ballot, they will be required to purchase a prom ticket to attend.
- The top 5 senior boys and top 5 senior girls with the most nominations will make the court.
- Prom King and Queen voting will take place at prom from 7:00pm until 8:00pm via a QR Code. All students attending prom will be allowed to vote.
- The girl and boy with the most votes will win Prom Queen and King and will be announced during Prom.
- Prom King and Queen will be crowned at prom around 8:15PM.
