Tryout Information:
Monday Jan. 25th – Wednesday Jan. 27th – Practice starts Thursday Jan. 28th.
Creekside HS Practice Fields
Monday & Tuesday – 4:10 pm – 6:10 pm
Wednesday – Time TBD

Items in the packet must be completed before tryouts.
Softball Tryout Information 2021
Tryouts will take place for 3 days beginning on Monday, January 18th. Please arrive dressed in proper attire with your softball equipment.
1/18: 2:00 – 4:30 pm
1/19: 4:15 – 6:30 pm
1/20: 4:15 – 6:30 pm
We are mindful that students are being quarantined on a daily basis. If this is the case for a potential athlete, we will most certainly provide a flexible plan for them to tryout during these challenging times.
Anyone trying out for Softball must successfully complete and upload their Athlete Registration and Physical prior to taking the field. Directions and forms can be found via the links above on this page
Tennis Tryout Information
Tennis tryouts will start are on Monday January 18th at 2:30pm-4:30pm.
Tuesday 4:15pm-6:30pm
Wednesday 2:30pm-4:30pm

Boys Tennis Coach Announcement
Creekside High School Athletics is excited to announce that Patrick Diegan has been hired as the Knights’ head boys tennis coach.
Coach Diegan is a British LTA and PTR Professional with over 34 years of teaching and international playing experience. He is the author of the bestselling four-book series, “Coaching and Learning Tennis Basics.” Coach Diegan has coached in the United Kingdom, Spain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, and the United States and his extensive playing experience includes professional and amateur events in the UK, France, Croatia, UAE, Oman, and the USA. Coach Diegan has played and won events on all surfaces, including outdoor hard, grass, indoor hard and carpet, indoor and outdoor red clay, and “Hartru” green clay.
With his extensive coaching experience, Coach Diegan’s philosophy is to establish good fundamentals as quickly as possible, then allowing his students to express themselves with their own interpretation of stroke production and style of play.

The 2020 Running of the Knights Committee, and the Creekside Athletics Department are delighted to announce the 2021 Running of the Knights logo contest winner! Elena Coles submitted the winning design, and will be awarded a $500 scholarship sponsored by Leonard’s Studios. Elena’s logo will be used to market the 2021 event. Congratulations!

Darious Williams is perfectly content being the Los Angeles Rams cornerback that few people talk about and sparingly talks to the media, even though his path to the NFL is a remarkable coming-out-of-nowhere story.
Really, where do you even begin with the wide range of options of how much the Creekside High product defied the odds?
There’s the part about not being allowed to play football his sophomore year of high school – he transferred from Bartram Trail after Creekside opened in 2008 — because former head coach Greg Stanton only wanted kids who invested time in summer workouts. Williams, then 5-foot-7, was regarded as more of a speedy point guard than a football player.
