St. Johns River State college will be on Creekside’s campus to administer the CPT exams for any student wishing to participate in Dual Enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year. In order to sign up for the test on a specific day, a Dual Enrollment application must be completely completed and turned into Ms. Fornera by the deadline date. The college will only test 75 students per test session and we will test based on a first come first serve basis.
Students can pick up a Dual Enrollment application in guidance on Mrs. Hemmer’s desk. Below are the test dates and deadlines (Deadline means the completed application MUST be turned in by the date indicated below. If a test session is already full, then the student will be moved to the next test session). It is recommended to turn in an application sooner rather than later as the test sessions fill up rather quickly.
|CPT TEST DATE||APPLICATION DEADLINE|
|Tuesday, January 16, 2018||Friday, December 8, 2017|
|Monday, January 22, 2018||Friday, December 15, 2017|
|Friday, February 23, 2018||Wednesday, January 17, 2018|
Students will be notified 1 week prior to the test date where they will test. Students will be notified via the email address they placed on the DE application of what date they are testing on, the time and the room location at Creekside.
SJRSC will be on Creekside’s campus during all 3 lunches on November 1st, in the courtyard for all current DE students and potential DE students for questions. Please encourage your child to stop by the table to talk with a SJRSC dual enrollment specialist.
For Dual Enrollment eligibility and course offerings, please contact your child’s guidance counselor for more information.
Now is the time for students to complete the FAFSA application and create a FSA ID username and password. Below are a few resources to help you.
